society and the marginalised sectors on SDG 4. The report also aims to contribute and feed into the Philippine VNR. This civil society analytical paper on the SDG 4 implementation status in the country was developed through desk review and numerous consultations among coalition members and partners. The report was endorsed by the National Advocacy Council and the National Executive Board of E-Net Philippines.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element
