Rights and Responsibilities of Members
- The right to be represented in the E-Net general assembly by a number of delegates, the number of which shall be determined by and participate in major decision making process the Board of Trustees;
- The right to participate in the decision-making processes through its representatives in the international bodies. Local members will also be represented through island-wide formations in Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao.
- The right to be represented and assisted by E-Net in the redress of grievances in school and government agencies from the local, national to international levels.
- The right to access to information from the records and offices of E-Net including its financial report during business hours;
- The right to exercise freedom of expression and creativity;
- To exercise the right of suffrage;
- Such other rights as would effectively make its membership meaningful in carrying out the purpose of the organization.
Correlative with these rights, every member shall have the following responsibilities:
- To uphold at all times such organizational guiding principles while Recognizing and respecting the opinion or position of the minority, the minority shall abide by the decision of the majority; and lower bodies should follow higher bodies after a thorough deliberation and a decision has been made;
- To commit itself to the E-Net’s Constitution and By-Laws and cooperate fully in implementing the adapted campaigns, programs and policies;
- To pay, fees and such other contributions or assessments as may be agreed, and to participate in all its activities where members cooperation is necessary.
