Membership in the Education Network shall be voluntary and open to all organized stakeholders in education from civil society such as students, teachers, parents, school owners/administrators, personnel, secular and non-secular institutions, PO s, non –government organizations engaging in the reform of formal, non-formal and informal systems of education. For those who want membership but are not members of an association, the Board of Trustees (BOT) will decide, including the right to vote and other provisions.
