March 19, 2019. E-Net Philippines together with the People’s Initiative for Learning and Community Development (PILCD) in cooperation with Benguet National High School (BNHS) conducted a youth consultation workshop on SDG 4. The workshop is part of E-net ‘s series of consultation to bring forth the learners perspectives and voices on the status and implementation of SDG 4.

The consultation was attended by 46 students from Grade 7 to 10. The Agenda 2030 (Sustainable Development Goals) and the Sustainable Development Goal 4 and its target outcomes was presented and discussed to the students. The students shared their thoughts and ideas on the relevance of the target outcomes of SDG 4 in their lives, families and community. The students voiced out their calls for the government to take actions in achieving the SDG 4.

PILCD is a member of E-Net Philippine based in Baguio city in the northern Philippines. Benguet National High School is a long time partner of PILCD in its Balik Paaralan for Out of School Adults (BPOSA) and the Alternative Learning System (ALS) Program in the province of Benguet.
