LOOK: During the 156th Literacy Coordinating Council (LCC) meeting held last 15th of February, 2024, E-Net Philippines National Executive Board member, Prof. Flora C. Arellano was awarded a certificate of recognition for having served as a council member (NGO Representative) of LCC from 2021 to 2024. She represents E-Net Philippines and the non-government organizations (NGOs) in the council.

As a council member, she provided technical assistance and support to the council, and actively participated in various LCC activities including but not limited to the formulation and recalibration of the LCC Roadmap and Annual Implementation Plans, crafting of the guidelines for the National Literacy Agenda (NLA), and development of the LCC Localization policy.
