Kalambag is a Facebook live program emerged during the pandemic in response to the clamor of children and youth for a platform where they can be heard and be productive during these trying times. Conversations are conducted through video conferencing and streamed through the Kalambag FB Page and crossposted to E-Net Philippines, LAPIS Seesaw Channel and different FB pages of CSOs, schools, and private sectors.

Kalambag is a word coined through the combination of two Filipino words: “Kalampag” means to make a noise, a bang, or a pound, and “Ambag,” on the other hand, means a contribution or to do one’s fair share.

Kalambag is making children’s and youth voices be heard by shouting out loud, creating an impact, and contributing to societal change.
